I really need to inspect this.WakaTime enables you to view automatically generated metrics, insights, and time tracking based on your programming activity. I know where it goes wrong, but I just don't see why my statistics-settings should fail to load after some time.
The workaround is to delete this file when IDEA is not open and restart IDEA, but I'd rather have this be fixed once and for all. Navigate to the following equivalent folder on your machine /home/patrick/.IdeaIC2017.1/config/options/ and there should be a file that looks like KeyPromoterXStatistic.xml.
For me, it is under /home/patrick/.IdeaIC2017.1/system/log/ Go in IDEA to Help -> Show Log in File Manager.You find this xml file in the following way: Would it be possible that you put your statistics-file on pastebin (or some other site) for me, so that I can take a closer look at it? It only contains your shortcut-information and no personal data whatsoever. I've had at least 3 of the same reports and I fail to reproduce them.
